im supposed to be 'hanging out' w/a male friend (i have a crush on him tho lol) of mine tonight and were going to see a show at a bar. im wondering what i should drink tonight, especially since he said he'd buy me a drink
when i go out w/my girls, we always do shots so im really not used to sipping an entire glass of something. but since theres a band playing, i might not be able to do shots, plus he'll prolly jst get a beer and its no fun doing shots alone. i dont know what to order!! i usually do shots of jameson (which does draw a few eyebrows lol) and i can do like 4 or more shots of that. ive had cran and vodka before and it was ok but i didnt love it. i also dont wanna go with a super-girly drink like sex on the beach, but i suppose i should play it safe bc im used to having the alcohol hit instead of sipping and slowly getting drunk. i dont really care what type of alcohol (ugh well except cognac-- terrible!) but it would be good if it was sweet enough to endure repeated sips.
so what should i order? plz no super-girly embarassing drinks!
Hopefully you can help me w/a big problem that I have! I have severalllllll dark spots on both underarms from cutting myself while shaving. Some of them are old scars (as in over a year old) and some are recent (I STILL managed to nick myself while using shaving cream). I need to know how to fade the marks. I have a problem with sweating a lot so I don't know if putting Mederma on my 'pits will be effective. I'm really embarrassed about this and I always have to cover up. Let me know what you think would help and share your stories! Please help me!
I have never before worn makeup, I just wasn't interested in it. I'm lazy enough, I don't need something else to add to my morning routine lol. The only thing that kind of interested me was eyeliner and mascara, but since I wore glasses, there was no point in putting on eye makeup. Now I have contacts, and I'm thinking about taking the plunge. What I'm wondering, was who taught you to put on makeup?
Also, I have no idea about what brands or colors or shades to buy, can anyone please recommend good brands and maybe a website that shows me how to put on makeup? Has anyone ever gone to Sephora and had one of the consultants help you pick out makeup? I know that they're probably a good bet because they're experts but I'm scared that they'll pick out really expensive products and I'll kinda feel forced to buy them. I keep hearing people talk all the time about showering, whatever happened to taking baths? Baths are my favorite, and I just think that showers aren't as cozy as being in a warm tub-- you have to stand up, for one thing! What's your take?
